Students Interested in Pipe Band?
Drummers and pipers are needed for Pipe Band and NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY! Practice is held every Thursday night in the band room.  For more information, please contact Pipe Mom – Kim Stevens at 909-938-4356.

The Pipe Band also performs at events for a small fee!  Contact Kim Stevens for more information and book the pipers for your next event!

Back by popular demand! The UHRB Food Truck Frenzy!
After an overwhelming response for our first ever food truck frenzy, we are getting ready to do it again!  So, mark your calendars for Saturday, September 22nd.  Get set to eat and volunteer your time as well!  We will need lots of parent and student volunteer hours to make this event another HUGE and YUMMY success!

PE Class is Now Full
If you were interested in signing up your student for the PE class being offered this summer, we apologize but that class is now full and no longer taking sign-ups.

Scrip NEWS!
There is no easier way to earn money for your student account with little effort! Scrip is still the most popular way to earn money for your student account by doing the things you do on a regular basis, like buying gas and groceries.  It will be even easier to rack up some savings now that it’s almost time to shop for school supplies and then the holidays will be just around the corner. Did you also know that you can purchase Scrip from the comfort of your own home?  You can buy Scrip online with the ScripNow! feature and you can also reload many cards that you may have previously purchased.  Would you like more information on how to start taking advantage of this?  Email Shannon Mead today and she will show you how!

For more information on Scrip, check out our Scrip pages anytime at www.uhrb.org.

Start saving your shoes….
Soon, we will begin a fundraiser called Cash4Shooz!  Please go through your closets at home and gather pairs of shoes that no one in your home is wearing anymore. Put them in plastic bags and we will begin collecting them soon!  IMPORTANT: The shoes MUST be in PAIRS!  Please tie or rubber band them together whenever possible.

Next Parent Meeting
The next parent meeting will be held on Thursday, August 2 at 7pm in the UHS library.  Please plan to attend.  These meetings are very important and are full of information that you will need to help your child have a successful Regiment season.  It is also a great way to get to know the folks on the Booster Board, and meet other parents from within your child’s section. Parent involvement is one of the keys to our success!
